Postage stamps, especially those created in the 1950s through the 1970s, were often incredible expressions of timely social messages and beautiful visuals. Sadly, much of that has been lost in the modern era of communication.
Stampede was born out of the need for daily creativity. Focusing less on being pixel-perfect (and more on being immediate and conceptual), each morning would begin with the creation of a unique postage stamp. Sometimes based on current news, other times on personal events — unifying each design are a singular idea and a dose of whimsy, all packaged in a very small rectangle.
